La Leche League Leaders are mothers who have breastfed.
They provide information, encouragement and support to women interested in breastfeeding.
If you have a breastfeeding question or concern, you can contact a Leader.

We offer both online and face-to-face groups.

Online Support Groups

La Leche League Leaders

La Leche League Leaders are volunteers working from their homes.
A response to an email may take up to a week. If your question is urgent, we recommend phoning a Leader.
Remember that due to holidays or other events, Leaders may not always be available.

How to support us

We are a registered charity. Our Leaders are unpaid volunteers working from home. Even our administrators are volunteers. We offer free breastfeeding counselling to mothers seeking help, but this costs us time and money.

You can help our work to continue by making a donation or becoming a member. Membership of La Leche Liga Deutschland costs 30 euros per calendar year. Your membership fees or donation will help to finance training Leaders, purchase of specialist literature, new publications, publicity, travel costs and office supplies. Membership dues and donations to La Leche Liga Deutschland can be offset against German tax.
